Can I make changes to an order I have already placed?
We are unable to guarantee the processing of amendments or cancellations once your order has been received due to our processing time being so quick but we will endeavour to catch your order in time to amend or can cancel your order.
Please contact us to request an amendment or cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order because we will be unable to amend or cancel any personalised orders once the customisation has been completed.
How can I track my order?
To track your order please visit our Order tracking page and enter your Order ID and Billing Email fields.You can find the Order Tracking Number on the receipt or in the shipping confirmation email that you received when placing your order.

Returned Orders
Any package that is returned to us as 'not called for' or for any other reason, we will notify you via your registered email address. If you do not re-arrange delivery with us, within 14 days of the notice, we will dispose of your package and no refund or compensation will be available to you.
